Golf stocking fillers under £20

Small, useful and impossible to have too many of. Every golfer gets through balls, tees and gloves, so these never end up in a drawer.

Our gift ideas

  1. Srixon Soft Feel golf balls

One of the most popular balls for everyday golfers: soft, straight and good value. A dozen never goes to waste.

From £19.50 a dozen at HotGolf today, one of 4 UK shops we track.

  2. Callaway Supersoft golf balls

A very soft, low-spin ball that suits slower swings. Comes in white and bright colours.

From £20 a dozen at Affordable Golf today, one of 6 UK shops we track.

  3. Magnetic ball marker and hat clip

Clips to a cap and holds a ball marker on the green. Cheap, handy and easy to personalise.

  4. Golf towel with clip

Clips to the bag to clean clubs and balls. Golfers lose them all the time, so a spare is always welcome.

  5. Pitchfix divot tool

    A well-made pitch-mark repairer with a pop-out ball marker. Feels like a proper gift, not a freebie.

  6. Bamboo golf tees

A big bag of tees lasts a season. Bamboo ones break less often than wood.

Buying for a golfer: what to check

Safe bets

Balls, tees, towels, markers, umbrellas and golf tech don't need a size, hand or flex, so they're hard to get wrong.

Gloves and shoes

You'll need their size. Most right-handed golfers wear one glove on their left hand. If in doubt, check the glove in their golf bag.

Clubs

Clubs depend on height, hand and swing speed. Unless you know exactly what they want, a gift card from the shop is safer.

Delivery and returns

Check each shop's last Christmas delivery date and returns window before you buy, and ask for a gift receipt.

Prices change, so check on the shop's site before you buy. Links to shops and Amazon may be affiliate links: if you buy, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never decides what we recommend. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
