These terms apply to your use of upanddowngolf.uk ("Up & Down", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site does

Up & Down checks prices at UK golf shops and lists reductions that meet the rules on our How we check page. We don't sell anything ourselves. When you click "View deal", you leave our site and any purchase is between you and that shop, under the shop's own terms.

Prices and availability

We check prices every few hours, but they can change at any time, and stock can sell out between checks. Always confirm the price, delivery cost and details on the shop's own website before buying. We take care to get things right, but we can't guarantee that every price, saving, image or description on our site is accurate or up to date.

Affiliate links

Some links to shops are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the shop may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission never affects which deals appear or the order they appear in.

Other websites

We link to shops and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products, service, or how they use your data.

Free tools

Our tools, such as the gap finder and ball price-per-dozen table, are for general information only.

Using our content

You're welcome to use the site for your own personal use and to share links to it. Please don't copy the site's content or data in bulk, or use automated tools to collect it, without asking us first. Product names, images and trade marks belong to their owners.

Our responsibility to you

The site is provided free and "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its information, including a price that changed or a purchase from a shop. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under law, or your rights as a consumer.
